Philip is an Associate with Catalus Capital Management where he analyzes investment opportunities and monitors portfolio Investments. Philip was previously an analyst at Mesa West Capital, a real estate fund focused on first mortgage and mezzanine debt investments in the US with a capital base of more than $3.5 billion. At Mesa West, Philip helped source, analyze, structure, and close over $800 million across 15 transactions in hospitality, multifamily, office, retail and industrial assets.

 

 

Philip began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. where he held positions in Equity Strategy Research and Investment Management. Philip is a CFA charterholder and graduate of Connecticut College with a major in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy.
